Welcome to File Reporter Support

The mission of this site is to be a clearinghouse of practical information about File Reporter for current and prospective customers and partners. It is intended to be primarily support-focused as opposed to marketing-focused.

Sold by OpenText and its partners, File Reporter provides data insight on files stored on your network and in Microsoft 365 repositories, so you have the information you need to optimize and secure your stored files. It is available both as a standalone product and as part of the Data Access Governance suite where it joins forces with its sibling product File Dynamics. File Reporter is developed and supported by Condrey Corporation, the maintainer of this site.

More updated database views for Microsoft 365 scan data have been added for support of Power BI and other third-party frameworks. Miscellaneous bug fixes and updated .NET Core components and third-party components provide updates and security fixes.
